Professional accreditations for librarians

Date: Monday 27 March 2023

LiT courses for 2016 to 2017

For 2016-2017 you will notice several key changes:

  • We have arranged our training to take place within 9 ‘strands’. This enables you, and your manager, to choose whether to focus what you do within one strand over the year
  • We are encouraging you to make use of the training that you attend by promoting reflective practice and so providing an opportunity for some strands for you to come back later in the year for a related strand ‘show and tell’ to describe successful or failed implementations!
  • Our annual survey picked up a number of requests to help those who are part-time workers and this year we are endeavouring to provide as many specific dates as possible for the whole year so that you can plan accordingly.
